L'association a pour but la création et la mise à disposition de la population des Communes membres de l'association, de locaux et de structures d'accueil et de soins de bonne qualité permettant de réaliser ainsi les buts de santé publique visés par le Canton. Elle peut mettre en œuvre et réaliser toute action qui lui permet d'atteindre de manière directe ou indirecte le but formulé à l'alinéa un ci-dessus
