Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe zu Gunsten der Genossenschafter die Förderung und Sicherung des Campingwesens und zur Optimierung des Aufwands und zur Reduktion der Selbstkosten des einzelnen Genossenschafters sowie Pflege der Freundschaft. Diesen Zweck sucht sie insbesondere zu erreichen durch: Unterhalt und Erweiterung der Campingplätze "Idyll", Altenrhein, und "Panorama" Altnau; Eröffnung neuer oder Übernahme bestehender Campingplätze mit den dazugehörenden Einrichtungen. Im Zusammenhang mit Ihrem Zweck kann die Genossenschaft kann auch Grundstücke und Liegenschaften erwerben, veräussern, belasten, mieten und vermieten.
