ELA Suisse poursuit les objectifs suivants sur l'ensemble du territoire suisse: soutenir les familles concernées par les leucodystrophies; stimuler et développer la recherche médicale sur les leucodystrophies et les maladies de la myéline (par le biais de contributions financières à ELA); sensibiliser l'opinion publique et le milieu médical; contribuer au développement international de ELA.
