Zweck der Stiftung ist die Ausrichtung von Beiträgen an pflegebedürftige Herrschäftler Pensionäre in bescheidenen wirtschaftlichen Verhältnissen in den Pflegezentren der Stiftung am Rhein in Maienfeld. Subsidiär können Veranstaltungen, Aktivitäten und dergleichen zum Wohle der Pensionäre finanziert werden und hierfür auch Rückstellungen gemacht werden.
