La Fondation a pour but la création et l'exploitation de structures de travail et d'habitat destinées aux personnes en situation de handicap de la région Bienne-Seeland-Jura bernois. Ces structures doivent répondre aux besoins des personnes en situation de handicap et favoriser leur intégration socioprofessionnelle par un système d'accompagnement adéquat fondé sur la valorisation de la personne et son accès à l'autonomie. En relation avec ce but la Fondation peut acheter, vendre, transformer, prendre à bail, louer des immeubles, parts d'immeubles, locaux industriels et d'habitation, y ériger toutes constructions, et passer tous contrats de nature immobilière ou mobilière. Elle peut collaborer avec d'autres fondations, associations ou institutions poursuivant un même but.
