10 % des Ertrages des Stiftungskapitals sollen für Reparaturen und Renovationen an der Kapelle Bürg verwendet werden; 80 % des Nettoertrages sollen für die Unterstützung unverschuldeterweise in finanzielle Schwierigkeiten gekommener Angehöriger des Domeisen'schen Geschlechtes zur Verfügung stehen; weitere 10 % des Nettoertrages sollen jährlich an den reformierten und katholischen Weihnachtsfeiern in der Gemeinde Bürg für Geschenke an Kinder Verwendung finden.
