Die Stiftung soll allgemein der materiellen Besserstellung der amtierenden Lehrkräfte der Gemeinde Brugg (alle Lehrer oder Lehrerinnen, die der Aufsicht durch den Stadtrat Brugg unterstehen) dienen und dadurch der Stadt Brugg ermöglichen, tüchtige Lehrkräfte zu erlangen bzw. zu erhalten. Die materielle Besserstellung erfolgt in Form von Honorierungen.
