Die Stiftung ist gemeinnütziger Natur und bezweckt, aus dem Vermögen der Stiftung bedürftige, namentlich betagte Bürger, Einwohner und deren Familienangehörige im Fricktal (Bezirke Laufenburg und Rheinfelden) sowie bedürftige Patienten des Krankenhauses und des Altersheimes in Laufenburg, vorzugsweise Orts- und Einwohnerbürger von Laufenburg, zu unterstützen; kann den Vermögensertrag für andere Zwecke des Krankenhauses, des Altersheimes und des Vereins für Alterbetreuung im Oberen Fricktal (Altersbetreutes Wohnen) in Laufenburg verwenden.
