Die Stiftung bezweckt in ausschliesslich gemeinnütziger Weise und ohne Erwerbs- und Selbsthilfeabsicht die Förderung von Ausbildungs-, Lehr- und Forschungsprojekten in förderungswürdigen Regionen - insbesondere in Afrika - im Bereich Vermittlung von Unternehmerkompetenzen und der technischen und technologischen IT-Entwicklung (Computertechnologie, -anwendung, und -entwicklung) im weitesten Sinne. Die Förderung findet durch das Bereitstellen oder der Organisation der für erfolgreiche Projekte notwendigen Infrastruktur, Mittel und Lehrpersonen statt.
