Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung des Wohnens im Alter im oberen Teil des Kantons Basel-Landschaft, insbesondere durch Errichtung und Vermietung von Seniorenwohnungen, wobei zu beachten ist, dass Besuche von Angehörigen leicht möglich sind und ältere Leute nicht gerne abseits leben; und Ausrichtung von Beiträgen an Alters- und Pflegeheime, Betreiber von Pflegewohnungen für betagte Personen und Ehepaare, Alters-Wohngemeinschaften und Alters-Wohngenossenschaften.
