Die Spitex versorgt im Sinne der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und im Auftrag der politischen Gemeinde Stäfa die Einwohner mit den Diensten einer bedarfsgerechten Krankenpflege, Hauspflege und Haushilfe. Sie kann auch andere spitalexterne Aufgaben in der Gemeinde übernehmen. Wer die Dienstleistungen der Spitex beansprucht, hat sich angemessen an den Kosten zu beteiligen. Die Spitex ist politisch und konfessionell neutral.
