Aufbau und Unterhalt einer oder mehrerer therapeutischer Wohn- und Werkstätten, wo sozial, geistig, psychisch und physisch behinderte Männer und Frauen betreut, gepflegt und beschäftigt werden sollen. Es können auch Wochenend- und Ferienplätze zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Für Olsberger Bürger oder Bürgerinnen besteht bei Erfüllung der Aufnahmebedingungen die Möglichkeit, in erster Priorität in die Institution aufgenommen zu werden.
