Die Stiftung bezweckt, Kindern, die unter dem Downsyndrom leiden, anderweitig geistig behinderten Kindern sowie aidskranken Kindern und Aidswaisen in Form von Kostenbeiträgen, Rentenbeihilfen, Darlehen oder dergleichen finanzielle Hilfe zu leisten. Den betreffenden unterstützten Kindern können diese Hilfeleistungen im Bedürftigkeitsfalle auch noch im Erwachsenenalter ausgerichtet werden. Der Tätigkeitsbereich der Stiftung ist weltweit.
