Die Stiftung bezweckt die Sicherstellung des Betriebs der staatlich anerkannten Tages-Sonderschule für Schülerinnen und Schüler mit schulischen und/oder sozialen Schwierigkeiten, welche für eine bestimmt Zeit eine besonders intensive Betreuung benötigen. Zur Erfüllung dieses Zwecks kann die Stiftung insbesondere die Gruppenschule Thalwil betreiben; zusätzliche Therapien und Lernangebote bereit stellen; sowie sämtliche anderen Massnahmen ergreifen, die der Umsetzung des Stiftungszweckes direkt oder indirekt dienlich sein mögen. Die Stiftung verfolgt keine Selbsthilfe- oder kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
