Zweck der Stiftung ist die Erfüllung von Aufgaben im Gesundheitswesen, namentlich zugunsten von psychisch kranken und/oder behinderten Menschen, im besonderen der mittelbare oder unmittelbare Betrieb einer Klinik für Psychiatrie, Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik mit ambulanten, halbstationären und stationären Einrichtungen.
