Förderung der multioptionalen Angebotsentwicklung im Tourismus- und Freizeitbereich sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter, Unterstützung von gästeorientierten, innovativen Projekten materieller Natur, wie Erwerb von Grundbesitz, Sicherstellung von Dienstbarkeiten, Sicherung von Einrichtungen, die den Gästen dienen und immaterieller Natur, wie Projektplanungen, Projektwettbewerbe, Zukunftswerkstätten, Symposien mit Schrittmacher-/Vordenker-Rolle. Die Gelder sind primär für Projekte einzusetzen, die einen nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen und/oder sportlichen und kulturellen Nutzen für Flims und subsidiär für die gesamte Alpenarena versprechen.
