Die Entfaltung individueller Tätigkeiten und die Wahrnehmung der Selbstverantwortung soll unterstützt und gefördert werden, mit dem Ziele der Hilfe durch Selbsthilfe und der optimalen Integration in der Gesellschaft und Umwelt.
