Der Verein SKU bezweckt die Initiierung, Organisation, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der „Schweizer Kurse für Unternehmensführung SKU". Er kann dazu mit in- und ausländischen Kooperationspartnern zusammenarbeiten, die geeignet sind, die Verbreitung und Anwendung von Konzepten und Methoden neuzeitlicher Unternehmensführung mit entsprechenden Ausbildungsangeboten zu vermitteln; die Förderung des Netzwerks mit Universitäten, privaten Forschungs- und Beratungsunternehmen und Ausbildungsprogrammen, soweit sie sinnvoll sind für Kurse für Unternehmensführung; Aktivitäten, die die Förderung, Bildung und Entwicklung eines Netzwerkes innerhalb der Absolventen (Alumni) der "Schweizer Kurse für Unternehmensführung SKU" begünstigen.
