Zweck der Stiftung ist es, natürlichen Personen die individuelle gebundene Selbstvorsorge (Säule 3a) im Sinne des Bundesgesetzes über die berufliche Alters-, Hinterlassenen- und Invalidenvorsorge (BVG) und der Verordnung über die steuerliche Abzugsberechtigung für Beiträge an anerkannte Vorsorgeformen (BVV3) zu ermöglichen. Sie nimmt zu diesem Zweck Vorsorgeguthaben entgegen. Ihre Tätigkeit erstreckt sich auf das gesamte Gebiet der Schweiz.
