Sie unterstützt Ausstellungen und kann Beiträge - seien es einmalige oder wiederkehrende - an die in Winterthur und Umgebung tätigen Einzelpersonen und Institutionen ausrichten; Erhalt der von der Stifterfamilie in die Stiftung eingebrachten Kunstwerke sowie Übernahme weiterer Kunstgegenstände aus dem Besitz der Stifterfamilie gemäss separaten Listen.
