Die Wohngenossenschaft bezweckt, ihren Mitgliedern preisgünstigen Wohnraum zu verschaffen, diesen zu unterhalten und dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen, um selbstverwaltete, sichere und gemeinschaftliche Wohnformen zu verwirklichen. Die Wohngenossenschaft vermietet die Wohnungen zu Mietpreisen auf der Basis der Selbstkosten unter Wahrung der wirtschaftlichen Leistungs- und Handlungsfähigkeit der Wohngenossenschaft. Die Wohngenossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen und Organisationen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen materiell sowie ideell beteiligen, sofern diese Beteiligung nicht die wirtschaftliche Leistungs- und Handlungsfähigkeit der Wohngenossenschaft einschränkt.
